Pricing
Time blocks start at $200 for one hour. Job Packs have a fixed price for a defined scope. Parts are billed at cost + 20%. We confirm the price by text before any parts go in.
Only if you change the scope or we find a hidden issue. Any change comes as a change order you approve first. Extra time is $89 per 30 minutes, only with your OK.
We accept major cards, ACH, cash, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Cash. Payment is due at the end of the service unless agreed in writing.
Booking
For unknown problems, things behind a wall, leaks or long lists, start with a Handy Hour. We diagnose it and guide you to the right fix.
Reschedule or cancel for free up to 48 hours before your visit. Between 24 and 48 hours we give partial credit. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged.
Yes. Owner-supplied materials are installed at your risk and are not covered by our parts warranty. Our labor warranty still applies.
On the day
An Odd Jobs crew member. You see who is coming on your Odd Ticket and we text you before we arrive.
An adult decision-maker should be on site with safe access, working utilities and pets secured.
We text you before we leave. If we arrive more than 15 minutes after your arrival time, you get $25 off.
We leave the site safe and clean and plan a return visit, or we hand it to Construction Station for a planned project.
After
Thirty days on our labor, excluding normal wear, abuse, pre-existing conditions and owner-supplied materials. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts.
